PLAY EUROPEAN GOLF CLUB. Often found among world rankings, the course offers an excellent test, especially for the low handicappers. It boasts the longest green in the world as well as the signature 8th & 18th holes. The European Club is a truly magnificent addition to the world's short supply of approximately 160 true links (51 of these are in Ireland). The links features 20-holes (two extra holes are in play most days) of exciting links golf through tumbling dunes with dramatic views of the Irish Sea from no fewer than sixteen of the holes! Some of the holes play along the beach.

PLAY PORTMARNOCK OLD COURSE. Portmarnock is one of the finest golf links in Ireland. Though the landscape is relatively flat, each hole has its own individual character, the total of which is a memorable challenging golf links, regarded as a classic worldwide. Portmarnock is surrounded by water on three sides and is unique in the no two successive holes play in the same direction, thus making judgment of the wind all the more difficult. More important golf tournaments have been held at Portmarnock than any other Irish course.

PLAY ISLAND GOLF CLUB. This beautiful links course, in splendid isolation, is surrounded by the Irish Sea, Donabate Beach and Broadmeadow Estuary. Nestling between the highest sand dunes of any links course in Ireland, its rugged beauty cannot fail to impress.

PLAY COUNTY LOUTH. “Baltray” as it is more affectionately known is situated 4 miles from the historic town of Drogheda at the mouth of the river Boyne. With the river to the south and the Irish Sea to the east, this is Links golf at is very best, with only the muted murmur of a ships engine to break the sounds of nature, as it quietly wends its way up river to the port.
