The best available departures from New York (JFK), Boston, and Chicago (ORD) are on Monday through Thursdays; Sundays are +$20 per person and Fridays & Saturdays are +$45 per person.

Cancellations/Changes:

Fares are nonrefundable. Substantial restrictions apply for cancellation/change and depend upon the package type.
